Stock Photo of Salmon and Mash! I'm going to post an article later tonight about the utility of chromium supplements in managing "atypical" depression and carbohydrate craving/emotional eating. I'll link to it once it's up.

Mr Harry which brand of unsweetened chocolate are u using? Do you like it? Do you mix it with anything?
Mr Harry are you taking any Vit D? If yes, what brand and how much. I cant seem to find any out there that sells in 5000 unit and gel capsule. Jimmy said Dr Davis recommends taking it in gel capsule. Any advice would be highly appreciated. Thanks!
Vadim! Good to hear from you!
I hope you're doing a bit better.
This is the 100% cocoa bar I'm using. It's intense! No sweetener. So, it's not really for the enjoyment factor. Just a health experiment of sorts. :-)

I am taking vitamin D. Currently, I'm exhausting a big bottle that I bought some time ago. When I'm done with it, I'll probably buy this product:

I think it's exactly what you're looking for - 5,000 IUs, in a softgel form. Also, the price isn't half-bad.
Take good care! :-)
Thanks as usual!
Anytime, Mr. V!
Your piece on Chromium, Depression and Food Cravings has really made an impression on me. I have a large bottle of chromium picolinate in the cupboard because I've read for years that it aids in weight-loss, though I had no idea that it could have a positive effect on depression. I think it's time that I dust off that container and start taking it regularly. I'll let you know (or maybe you'll be able to tell) if it effects my moods. Thanks Harry!
Thanks, Oct!
I'm going to add some extra chromium in my daily routine as well.
I have a genetic predisposition to being "blue". It's been a life long battle. Maybe this is one additional tool that can help out.
Fingers crossed for both of us and anyone else who tries it out. :-)
