It's been a life long battle. Maybe this is one additional tool that can help out.

Fingers crossed for both of us and anyone else who tries it out. :-)Harry/JPhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04259374954499772933noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7630220658398962201.post-59277252280972608342009-05-19T05:24:00.000-07:002009-05-19T05:24:00.000-07:00Your piece on Chromium, Depression and Food Cravin...Your piece on Chromium, Depression and Food Cravings has really made an impression on me. I have a large bottle of chromium picolinate in the cupboard because I've read for years that it aids in weight-loss, though I had no idea that it could have a positive effect on depression. I think it's time that I dust off that container and start taking it regularly. I'll let you know (or maybe you'll be able to tell) if it effects my moods. So, it's not really for the enjoyment factor. Just a health experiment of sorts. :-)

http://www.dagobachocolate.com/prodinfo.asp?number=1116.02

I am taking vitamin D. Currently, I'm exhausting a big bottle that I bought some time ago. When I'm done with it, I'll probably buy this product:

http://www.iherb.com/Now-Foods-Vitamin-D-3-Highest-Potency-5-000-IU-120-Softgels/10421?at=0

I think it's exactly what you're looking for - 5,000 IUs, in a softgel form. Also, the price isn't half-bad.

Take good care! :-)Harry/JPhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04259374954499772933noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7630220658398962201.post-10028915206705906162009-05-18T17:48:00.000-07:002009-05-18T17:48:00.000-07:00Mr Harry which brand of unsweetened chocolate are ...Mr Harry which brand of unsweetened chocolate are u using?
