Salmon, Mashed Cauliflower and Avocado

I've been playing some online poker again these days. My game of choice is low stakes, no-limit Texas Hold 'em. It helps me unwind at the end of the day. So far, I've been doing pretty well. I enjoy the challenge of trying to "read" people - to guess what cards they have and how they might play them. I suppose it's all part of my experimental frame of mind lately. I just want to test all sorts of things out.

I hope you're all doing well. Things seem a little quieter than usual out here in the blogosphere. I hope that's just a sign of your offline lives being busy and not an indication of rough times.

Hey Harry,
I read your article on Chromium, Depression and Food Cravings. Maybe that would explain my mood swings and depression. Thanks for passing on the info.

Have a great night.

Thanks, Jo. :-)

If you give it a shot, please let me know if it helps you.

I'll make sure to take note of my own reaction. That way I can offer a personal account as well.

I hope you feel better soon. Have an eggsellent night also.

Cro loves to play poker as well. He plays online and only free tournaments right now, but he is so good at it. The top tournament winners (of thousands of people) have a chance to win a seat in a real game, so maybe he'll get to show his stuff someday.

I read your article regarding coconut oil vs. soy nut oil and found it very interesting. I also agree that chewing longer (in your report about the almonds) is also interesting. I've noticed over the last couple of days that my hunger is more mild during the work day. I've also been limiting myself to one Atkins bar for lunch and I do chew lots in an effort to make it last. I wonder if that has suppressed my hunger somewhat.

Online poker is a lot of fun, Oct. My wife and I enjoy both online and real-time poker action. We've even taken "boot camps" in order to sharpen our card skills.

I hope Cro wins free entry into the World Series of Poker or some other prestigious event. That would be a blast for him. :-)

I appreciate you taking the time to read some of my articles. I know you're super busy. I'm gratified to know that some of them are interesting to you.

I think chewing is underrated. I guess that's an odd thing to say. But, I think it's true. In fact, I have an upcoming article that details the mental health benefits of chewing gum. Go figure!

I hope you and Cro have a great day. I'm heading over to your blog shortly to see if he's received a call about his job prospect yet. I hope he gets it!
