low-fat milk and a pinch of
pure stevia1:15 pm+ a vanilla whey protein shake - (2 scoops of natural vanilla whey protein powder, 4 oz of heavy cream & 2 packets of Also Salt, 1 packet of stevia + FOS)
3:45 pm
+ 2
organic Roma tomatoes, sliced and topped with
organic sour cream and sliced
Manchego (raw sheep's milk) cheese+ an organic avocado
+ thick sliced
natural salami+ a glass of
organic red wine6:00 pm+ a strong cup of
white tea (3 tea bags)
7:30 pm (pictured above)+ store bought chicken breast (with skin), stuffed with spinach, peppers and goat cheese
+ 1/2 cup of leftover homemade chicken broth
11:30 pm+ a strong cup of
white tea (3 tea bags)

I can't take credit for the chicken. I found it the other day at a health food store called Whole Foods.
It was really good! I was a little nervous because it was made with white meat chicken after all. I'm normally a dark meat kind o' guy.
The ingredient list is pretty simple and straightforward. But, I'm just not sure how the cooking process goes.
If I find a similar recipe online, I'll post it.
