2:45 PM - "clean-up hitter lunch" (an organic avocado sliced wrapped w/ natural prosciutto and salami; an organic Roma tomato sliced topped w/ soft goat cheese; 2 slices of toasted Purity Bread; a small piece of smoked prime rib (Whole Foods) + the majority of my daily supplements
6:30 PM - a cup of organic (black) coffee
8:00 PM - a glass of all-natural, unsweetened strawberry mineral water
10:00 PM - a cup of organic chai tea
