Another fasting day. My mother-in-law is in town so I'll probably save today's meal for dinner. It really doesn't matter much when I eat on ADF days. This is part of the built-in flexibility factor I knew I'd need in order to maintain this dietary strategy over the long term.
9:25 AM - a cup of organic (black) coffee
12:45 PM - a cup of organic (black) coffee
4:00 PM - a cup of organic (black) coffee
6:45 PM - at home dinner feast (small leftover salmon fillet, 5 shrimp; 2 small organic Roma tomatoes sliced & topped w/ soft goat cheese & natural salami; 4 white button mushroom tops stuffed w/ ground pork & spices) + the majority of my daily supplements
More to come ... I hope!

so, on your fasting days do you usually have one meal?
Flex-ability is what success in projects is all about!
That, and communication.
Oh, and that crazy little thing called love!
Nancy,
Yes. Just one (rather large) meal on fasting days. Every so often I'll have a meal replacement shake instead ... if I'm especially busy.
Great job on your recent lab results. Just posted a message at the bottom of that blog. :-)
Anne,
You said, sister. I could stand to incorporate more of all three in many aspects of my life.
