My Low Carb Alternate Day Fasting Experiment - Day 52

9:15 AM - a cup of Fage Greek yogurt + a Tbs of Nature's Hollow (no sugar added) apricot preserves + a handful of raw (organic) walnuts + my morning supplements

12:15 PM - a cup of organic (black) coffee

1:45 PM - meal replacement shake (2 scoops of natural sugar-free vanilla whey protein, 8 oz of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 3 scoops of "chocolate greens", a dash of NutraSalt, a few drops of organic peppermint extract) + my mid-day supplements

3:30 PM - a cup of organic (black) coffee

7:20 PM - starter: natural salami and queso fresco; main course: pot roast (Whole Foods), roasted broccoli topped w/ goat feta cheese + my evening supplements
