My Low Carb Alternate Day Fasting Experiment - Day 48

 9:35 AM - a cup of organic cottage cheese w/ a Tbs of Nature's Hollow (no-sugar added) apricot preserves and a few ounces of raw (organic) walnuts + my morning supplements

11:15 AM - a cup of organic black coffee

1:15 PM - (lunch date w/ Mad) starter: salmon rillette; main course: NY steak w/a sunny side up egg and a warm heirloom tomato salad

5:00 PM - a large, iced Americano coffee

7:30 PM - beef brisket (Whole Foods) topped w/ homemade (organic) cilantro-pepita pesto; homemade (organic) guacamole w/ natural chicharrones + my evening supplements

10:45 PM - a glass of low-carb chocolate milk (6 oz of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 2 scoops of "chocolate greens", a few drops of cocoa stevia extract and a dash of NutraSalt)
