My Low Carb Alternate Day Fasting Experiment - Day 42

10:15 AM - a cup of Fage Greek yogurt, a Tbs of Nature's Hollow apricot fruit preserves, a few ounces of raw (organic) walnuts + my morning supplements

11:15 AM - Blood Pressure: 107/69  Blood Sugar: 86

12:30 PM - a cup of organic (black) coffee

2:00 PM - meal replacement shake (1 1/2 scoops of natural sugar-free vanilla whey protein, 6 oz of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 2 scoops of "chocolate greens", 1 scoop of FOS/inulin, a dash of NutraSalt, a few drops of organic peppermint extract) + my mid-day supplements

7:30 PM - a poblano pepper stuffed with roasted chicken and feta & Monterey Jack cheeses; natural chicharrones w/ a cilantro-pepita pesto; an organic Roma tomato topped w/ soft goat milk cheese + my evening supplements

8:50 PM - a cup of organic (black) coffee
