12:20 PM - a fillet of slow roasted wild salmon; green beans topped w/ extra virgin olive oil & chopped Marcona almonds + the majority of my daily supplements
4:30 PM - a cup of organic (black) coffee
7:00 PM - a cup of organic (black) coffee

Are you going to keep ADFing - so to speak?

I plan to continue on with ADF for at least 3 months (total). Beyond that, I hope to stick to it in the longer term but in a less strict way. I may need to adjust my caloric intake to maintain my current as well. There's still plenty o' experimentin' to do, good buddy. :-)
