10:45 AM - a cup of Fage Greek yogurt, a Tbs of Nature's Hollow (sugar-free) raspberry fruit preserves, a few ounces of raw pecans + my morning supplements
1:20 PM - a cup of organic (black) coffee
3:50 PM - meal replacement shake (2 scoops of natural sugar-free vanilla whey protein, 8 oz of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 3 scoops of "chocolate greens", a dash of NutraSalt, a few drops of organic peppermint extract) + my morning supplements
6:25 PM - a cup of organic (black) coffee
