My Low Carb Alternate Day Fasting Experiment - Day 58

Lots of leftovers to get to in the fridge. I'm up to the challenge.

Feeling down this evening. Sometimes you pretend it's not there. Sometimes you don't.

7:55 AM - a cup of Fage Greek yogurt, a Tbs of no-sugar added (Nature's Hollow) strawberry preserves and a few ounces of raw pecans + my morning supplements

10:19 AM - a cup of organic (black) coffee

1:15 PM - a cup of organic (black) coffee

2:45 PM - ground sausage & spice stuffed mushroom tops, pot roast, sauteed broccolini + my mid-day supplements

4:05 PM - a cup of organic (black) coffee

6:15 PM - a cup of organic (black) coffee

8:00 PM - several tablespoons of organic (unsweetened) peanut butter, a few teaspoons of Nature's Hollow (no-sugar added) raspberry fruit preserves, a few sips of unsweetened vanilla almond milk + my evening supplements w/ additional fish oil

More to come? I'm hoping so ...
