9:45 AM - a cup of organic (black) coffee
1:15 PM - a cup of organic (black) coffee w/ a tsp of organic inulin
3:30 PM - "surf and turf" - small herb-crusted wild salmon fillet, leftover beef brisket and roasted (organic) broccoli + the majority of my daily supplements
6:05 PM - a cup of organic (black) coffee
