Yummy looking as always! I can't wait to try that pseudo-mashed potato dish myself. Have a wonderful weekend...out it the sun!

Sorry to post this head but I have trouble posting to the Healthy Fellow blog.

Very interesting article JP (Harry).

I work with a friend who's son had childhood leukemia (the child is now testing with 0 leukemia cells but he will continue with chemo for a few more months.

I also work with a guy who has non-Hodgkins lymphoma and is finishing up his last bit of chemo.

If you are willing I would love to read an article about CAM in regards to MS. I've been on and off trying to use herbal supplements and vitamins to erase or greatly reduce my MS flair-ups. Curcumin are vitamin D are two that I thought had the most promise, but I know there are other things that could potentially help. No idea of the amounts I should be taking so I generally just take twice the suggestion on the bottle.

Thanks again and I look forward to whatever topic you choose to write about next time.

Thanks, Anne.

The mashed cauliflower is so easy to make (otherwise I wouldn't make it so often!).

We now find that it's as comforting as traditional mashed potatoes. It's a great side and very versatile too.

Hope you have an eggsellent weekend too!

Oct,

I'm sorry you've had trouble posting on Healthy Fellow. Can you tell me what issue you're finding there? I'd like to tell my webmaster about it and hopefully resolve the glitch.

I'll keep my eyes and ears open for new information about MS. A new post on that topic will be forthcoming.

I've touched on MS, in the past, but only in passing. Here's what I posted about it so far:

http://www.healthyfellow.com/172/hypnosis-and-pain-management/

http://www.healthyfellow.com/229/massage-for-anxiety-and-pain/

http://www.healthyfellow.com/69/hidden-health-benefits-of-exercise/

With regard to Vitamin D, a very generalized dosage that is sometimes recommended is 2,000 IUs. But this is dependent on a number of factors. That's why some people end up having to take much larger amounts. Testing your blood levels of D is the best way to assess if you're taking enough.

Lookout for more MS coming soon!

Hope you and Cro have a wonderful weekend!

Thanks for all the MS info Harry. I will check out all of those past articles. The Healthy Fellow site would not allow me to submit feedback giving the reason that it wanted me to fill in the "name" field. Since I'd filled them all in I couldn't discover what was wrong, gave up and posted here. I'll try it again sometime soon, perhaps it was a fluke.

Thanks for letting me know, Oct.

I'll point this out to my webmaster and see if there's any technical error(s) that we need to address on this end.

I hope the links will prove to be useful. :-)
