Pork Belly Appetizer

Spiced Fluke and Jalapeno Appetizer

Asparagus, Fresh Farm Egg and Pancetta

Flat Iron Steak with Truffle Parmesan Fondue

We're going out to dinner tonight with a friend and ex-colleague of ours. The restaurant is run by a few guys that used to have a show on the Food Network. It should be memorable. We'll bring the camera to document the yumminess. :-)

A brief update on the Luo Han Guo experiment. It seems as though one of my test drinks (coffee) *may* be lowering my blood sugar - independent of the effects of either sweetener. More experimentation will clarify this issue. The drop in blood sugar isn't drastic or troublesome, just interesting. The experimentation will continue on!

I hope you're all having a great weekend!

Update: Dinner was excellent. The company was wonderful as well. The place we went to is called Animal. Not surprisingly, I was able to find some LC-friendly options. :-)
