Natural Salami & Thick Sliced Roma Tomatoes with Sour Cream and Soft Goat Cheese
I pledge to not allow myself to feel downbeat today. I will remain optimistic no matter what this day brings. That is my intent.
So far, it's about 2:45 pm and I've managed to keep fighting the good fight. Now, it's just a matter of using that momentum to finish off the day in the same spirit. I intend to do just that.
Will I? Won't I? I'll report back later. :)
It's 6:00 pm now and I'm still going strong. My "choco-coffee" definitely helped my lagging energy and mood. The strong white tea is another invaluable aid. I may need one later tonight.
Be back with another update soon ...
It's nearing the midnight hour. I'm off to dream. Positive dreams, I hope. :)
