My Low Carb Alternate Day Fasting Experiment - Day 62

A brief update. I'm happy to report that my weight remained stable this past week: 170 lbs and 18.2% body fat

9:25 AM - a cup of organic (black) coffee

12:15 PM - (a new recipe) low-carb almond cocoa butter, two homemade (organic) coconut flax muffins + most of my daily supplements

2:05 PM - a cup of organic (black) coffee

4:45 PM - a cup of organic (black) coffee

7:15 PM - a cup of organic (black) coffee

9:00 PM - a large cup of slightly salted water (used NutraSalt)

More to come ... I hope!

The slightly salted water - I do that too -
Just a pinch of sea salt of something....
Is that for electrolytes?

Glad to know your experiment was a raging success!

Thank you, Anne!

Yes, mainly for the electrolytes. But also to see how it would make me feel. The sea salt I use is rather unusual. It contains more than twice as much (naturally occurring) potassium as it does sodium. I wondered if the added electrolytes might boost my energy. Too soon to tell on that score. It does add a more interesting taste to the (warm) water though. That alone is an improvement. :-)
