Have you tried the new and improved Carb 1 bread that they are now baking with whey protein instead of soy isolate? Sounds like a good bread. I used to love it but stopped as I found out it was too much of a pleasure trigger for me. I am glad you are doing so well. A pound loss on your frame at this point is like 10 pounds for me. So congrats! And the most important thing is that you are feeling well and from all data it seems that intermittent fasting is just very healthy way to give your body a break from all other things its exposed to on daily basis. If I could only put it in practice. But one day this dog will have enough fight in it to defeat its demons, I hope!!!!!

So 6 pounds basically in a month.
Not too shabby!

Vadim,

re: Carb 1 bread

I haven't because I try to avoid wheat. However, Maddy, my mother-in-law and my father all enjoy it.

Don't let your feline fried hear you calling yourself a dog! ;-)

You've got plenty of fight in you, my fried. I can see it clearly.

Thanks, Anne. I'm fine with it. The loss of body fat is even better.

Hope you're doing well. I'd like to think that you are.

That's the $1,000,000 question, isn't it? Thankfully, we have a lifetime to try and figure it out. :-)
