My Low Carb Alternate Day Fasting Experiment - Day 25

Just the facts for now. I'm hoping to fit in a work out later this afternoon. We shall see ...

9:00 AM - meditation practice

9:30 AM - a cup of organic black coffee

12:30 PM - a slice of homemade (organic) basil-goat cheese egg bake, an organic Roma tomato sliced and topped with artichoke & spinach dip, natural salami + the majority of my daily supplements

1:45 PM - Blood Pressure: 121/68. Blood Sugar: 87.

2:35 PM - a cup of organic coffee (black)

3:00 PM - exercise/work out

4:30 PM - a post-exercise, recovery shake (6 oz of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1 1/2 scoops of natural vanilla whey protein, 2 scoops of "chocolate greens", 1 scoop of FOS/inulin, a few drops of organic peppermint extract + a dash of NutraSalt)

7:15 PM - a cup of organic coffee (black)
