My Low Carb Alternate Day Fasting Experiment - Day 13

Here are some of the specifics about my new exercise regimen:

Warm Up and Cool Down - Walking to and from the gym.

Work Out - 30 minutes of intense treadmill time. 3 sets of weight machine exercises: abdominal crunches, curls (biceps) and an upright press (chest, shoulders & triceps).

10:20 AM - Blood Pressure: 104/66. Blood Sugar: 68 mg/dL.

10:40 AM - a cup of organic coffee (black)

12:30 PM - a strong cup of organic white tea (3 tea bags)

1:45 PM - a cup of organic cottage cheese, a Tbs of Nature's Hollow strawberry preserves, a few ounces of raw pecans + most of my daily supplements

4:15 PM - a cup of organic coffee (black)

7:00 PM - a strong cup of organic white tea (3 tea bags)

10:15 PM - a strong cup of organic white tea (3 tea bags)

Morning Blood Pressure: 102/67. Morning Blood Sugar: 67 mg/dL.
