9:00 AM - a cup of organic coffee (black) w/a scoop of FOS/inulin
10:10 AM - a cup of Fage Greek yogurt w/a Tbs of Nature's Hollow strawberry preserves and a few ounces of raw pecans + my morning supplements
10:40 AM - meditation practice
1:45 PM - a cup of iced American coffee
5:20 PM - (late-lunch out, everything shared) Chicken Liver & Foie Gras Mousse, Cured Meats Selection, Cornichons, Pickled Onions, Cheese Selection From Home & Abroad (5 different cheeses) + mid-day supplements
7:45 PM - a cup of organic coffee (black) w/a scoop of FOS/inulin
8:45 PM - an In-N-Out 3x3 topped with American cheese, pickles and sliced tomato on a Purity Bread "bun"; chicharrones w/ artichoke & spinach dip + my nighttime supplements
