My Low Carb Alternate Day Fasting Experiment - Day 32

Just the facts ...

9:55 AM - a cup of organic (black) coffee w/a scoop of FOS/inulin (a prebiotic)

11:15 AM - a cup of organic cottage cheese, homemade (organic, stevia-sweetened) cran-strawberry preserves, raw pecans + my morning supplements

2:00 PM - meditation practice

2:30 PM - a cup of black (organic) coffee

2:45 PM - workout

4:30 PM - post-exercise, recovery shake (1 1/2 scoops of natural (sugar-free) vanilla whey protein, 2 scoops of "chocolate greens", 1 scoop of FOS/inulin, a dash of NutraSalt, a few drops of organic peppermint extract)

7:00 PM - (dinner out) 2 raw oysters, a rib eye steak, sauteed spinach, a few asparagus spears and a few pieces of garlic broccolini + nighttime supplements

8:45 PM - a cup of organic black coffee

10:30 PM - a cup of organic chai w/stevia and unsweetened vanilla almond milk, a ramekin of buttermilk "honey" custard
