My Low Carb Alternate Day Fasting Experiment - Day 21

Officially beginning week 3 of my ADF experiment. It's going well. Some new information to share re: weight and such. Will post later today or tomorrow. Until then ...

9:00 AM - a cup of organic black coffee

9:15 AM - Blood Pressure: 109/64. Blood Sugar: 65.

10:30 AM - a strong cup of organic white tea

12:30 PM - a smoked beef rib (Whole Foods), homemade (organic) guacamole + most of my daily supplements

2:45 PM - a cup of organic black coffee

3:15 - 4:30 PM - work out

4:45 PM - a post-exercise, recovery shake (6 oz of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1 1/2 scoops of natural vanilla whey protein, 2 scoops of "chocolate greens", 1 scoop of FOS/inulin, a few drops of organic peppermint extract + a dash of NutraSalt)

6:30 PM - a cup of organic black coffee

8:00 PM - a strong cup of organic white tea

10:45 PM - a strong cup of organic chamomile tea

11:00 PM - meditation practice

Thank you for reminding me about meditation. For me, when I take this time, I do better with my decisions throughout the day.
