My Low Carb Alternate Day Fasting Experiment - Day 17

Here's my mathematical equation of the day: add new exercise to your work out routine = new aches and pains. But then there's this: persistence + time = increased stamina, strength and wellness. You can't have one without the other.

9:15 AM - Blood Pressure: 114/73. Blood Sugar: 71 mg/dL.

9:30 AM - a cup of organic coffee (black)

1:00 PM - a large slice of homemade (organic) spinach-feta eggbake, a spicy chicken sausage, a half-glass of organic red wine (Tempranillo) + the majority of my daily supplements

2:30 PM - a cup of organic coffee (black)

4:30 PM - a cup of organic white tea (2 tea bags)

6:45 PM - a cup of organic coffee (black)

8:30 PM - a strong cup of organic white tea (3 tea bags)

10:45 PM - a strong cup of organic chamomile tea

11:15 PM - meditation practice
