O 112th Dia

Homemade Steakhouse Dinner

I'm about to start work on my writing assignments. In between the typing, I'll also do some of my cooking for the week. I've got a few veggie dishes that need doin'.

I'm not sure what else will come up this weekend. My lovely wife and I both have business to attend to. We'll likely stay home for most of the weekend. Maybe we'll go for a walk tomorrow and probably see the film "Last Chance Harvey" - as I need to review it.

I hope you're all enjoying your Saturday. It's been pretty quiet out in the blogosphere. Not sure what to make of that ...

10:15 am

+ The Wowee Zowee Meal Replacement Shake - 4 oz of organic heavy cream, 4 oz of purified water, 2 scoops of natural vanilla whey protein powder, 1 scoop of Amazing Grass Chocolate Green SuperFood, 1 tsp organic instant coffee, a pinch of pure stevia, and 1/4 tsp of Also Salt)

2:45 pm (appetizer)

+ raw Emmi Appenzeller cheese and natural salami

3:30 pm (lunch)

+ 4 ham tacos - 4 thin slices of natural ham topped with organic sour cream and organic garlic broccoli

5:30 pm

+ a shot of organic espresso

8:00 pm (pictured above)

+ about half of a natural rib-eye steak

+ 3/4 cup of homemade creamed spinach

More to come ... I hope!

A client gave me two tickets to see "Knowing" Monday night, so Cro and I are going to enjoy a movie night. I'm looking forward to it and surprised that he wanted to go. Have you reviewed that one?

A walk with the significant other sounds very nice and romantic too.

Howdy, Oct.

I haven't seen "Knowing" yet.

I hope it's a fun show. I'll await your review!

Yes, the walk should be great. I hope we'll go tomorrow. Tomorrow was too busy!

Thanks, Sadekat!

It was really, really good. I know because my wife confirmed it! :-)

I think I'm finally getting the steak making process down.

This is one of my favorite meals. It keeps me satisfied and feeling happy, happy, happy!

Have a great weekend!
