Baked Chicken Thighs on a Bed of Mashed Cauliflower
Today I'm going to try to go shake-less. Let's see if I can pull it off!
+ a cup of organic instant coffee with a few ounces of organic low fat milk and a pinch of pure stevia
+ salmon "salad" - a small, leftover salmon fillet mashed with organic sour cream and organic German mustard
+ 2 small organic Roma tomatoes topped with raw, smoked Swiss cheese
+ grilled shrimp with sauteed spinach and onions
+ a cup of organic instant coffee with a few ounces of organic heavy cream and a pinch of pure stevia

+ 3 1/2 pieces of baked chicken thighs
+ 1/2 cup of mashed cauliflower
