My 100th Day of Menu Blogging!

And they said it wouldn't last! To the next 100!

Monday is my "get on the scale" day. Here's what my sometimes friend, sometimes foe said:

I lost over 3 lbs. this past week. Was it the exercise? The removal of the flax seed meal? A reaction to my stall of last week? I can't say. I'm just happy to see the scale moving again. :-)

Update: I managed to work out today. I walked on the treadmill for 45 minutes and 45 seconds - at a speed of 3 and an incline of 1.5. The total distance was equal to 2.28 miles. I also walked to and from the gym as my warm up and cool down.

This officially completes my first week of working out. I've kept up my self-prescribed schedule of walking three-times a week. I'm planning on sticking to that routine for awhile. At some later point, I may add a few bells and whistles to my regimen. But first, I must prove that I can stick to these rather modest exercise goals.

+ The Wowee Zowee Meal Replacement Shake - 5 oz of organic heavy cream, 3 oz of purified water, 2 scoops of natural vanilla whey protein powder, 1 scoop of Amazing Grass Chocolate Green SuperFood, a pinch of pure stevia, and 1/4 tsp of Also Salt)

4:00 pm

congrats on losing that 3 pounds ... your body must have gotten the memo that Sadekat was also losing 3 pounds today. now when is my body going to get the memo? hehe.
