Chicken Thighs w/ Stir-Fried Broccoli and Mash

It was a busy day but I think I managed to eat pretty well. Today was a scheduled "off day" from exercising. Tomorrow morning, I'm headed back to the gym. Then, I get a weekend break.

Three days a week (of exercise) seems to suit my body and mind well. I'm a little sore but it's manageable. I really believe I'll be able to keep up with this regimen.

9:00 am

+ The Wowee Zowee Meal Replacement Shake - 2 oz of organic heavy cream, 4 oz of purified water, 3 scoops of natural vanilla whey protein powder, 1 scoop of Amazing Grass Chocolate Green SuperFood, 1 tsp organic instant coffee, a pinch of pure stevia, and 1/4 tsp of Also Salt)

2:30 pm

+ a natural chicken andouille sausage

+ 4 organic "turkey tacos" - 4 thin slices of organic turkey breast topped with organic sour cream and 2 small organic Roma tomatoes (sliced)

5:30 pm

+ a cup of organic instant coffee with a few ounces of organic heavy cream and a pinch of pure stevia

7:00 pm (pictured above)

+ 2 organic herb-crusted chicken thighs

+ 1/2 cup of mashed cauliflower

+ 1/4 cup of stir-fried organic broccoli and organic shallots

9:00 pm

+ a shot of organic espresso

My sleep was better last night. I still didn't sleep long enough. But, it was a vast improvement over the night before. :)

Great job on the exercise. Three days a week should start showing you good results soon. Glad you are sleeping a little better too.

I'm off to the gym in a few.

Last night's sleep was pretty decent. There's room for improvement but at least I'm not completely drained this morning.
