Breakfast for Dinner

I stepped on the scale this morning - three times. I always weigh myself three times to try and get the most accurate reading. Today, the scale was kind to my shaky soul.

I lost just over 2 lbs and a few percentage points of body fat. It may be that my exercise regimen is helping in both departments.

Onwards and downwards!

Update: I walked for 45 minutes and 45 seconds, on the treadmill. I upped my incline to 2.5. My speed remained at 3 - 3.3. The equivalent distance that I walked was 2.4 miles. I also walked to and from the gym as my warm up and cool down time.

2:15 pm

+ "salmon salad" - poached salmon fillet mashed with organic sour cream and organic horseradish mustard

+ an organic Roma tomato, sliced

+ a slice of raw Gouda cheese

5:00 pm

+ a shot of organic espresso

7:00 pm (pictured above)

+ scrambled eggs supreme - organic, omega-3 eggs, organic heavy cream, sea salt, fresh cracked pepper and organic grilled onions

+ several slices of natural bacon

+ 3/4 of an organic avocado
