De 108ste Dag

Sauteed Scallops and Organic Avocado

I've been pretty busy with work and a few side projects. Tonight I tried to change things up a bit by making something unusual for dinner (pictured above). It turned out pretty well. But, I still haven't mastered the art of sauteing scallops. One day that day will come. :-)

10:00 am

+ The Wowee Zowee Meal Replacement Shake - 5 oz of organic heavy cream, 4 oz of purified water, 2 scoops of natural vanilla whey protein powder, 1 scoop of Amazing Grass Chocolate Green SuperFood, 1 tsp organic instant coffee, a pinch of pure stevia, and 1/4 tsp of Also Salt)

2:00 pm

+ 2 small organic Roma tomatoes, sliced and topped with organic sour cream and soft goat cheese

+ 2 organic spicy Italian pork sausages

4:00 pm

+ a shot of organic espresso

7:15 pm (pictured above)

+ wild caught scallops with a lemon, butter and white wine sauce

+ 3/4 of an organic avocado
