+ LC Peanut Butter Fribble Shake - a few ounces of heavy organic cream, several ounces of cold water, 3 ice cubes, a few tablespoons of organic peanut butter, 1 scoop of Jarrow Unflavored Whey Protein Powder, 3 packets of organic stevia, a dash of organic vanilla extract and Also Salt

12:00 pm

+ a cup of instant, organic coffee (black)

2:00 pm

+ homemade spicy chicken salad

+ an organic avocado

4:00 pm

+ a handful of Sacha Inchi seeds

+ LC Coffee Fribble Shake - a few ounces of heavy organic cream, several ounces of cold water, 3 ice cubes, a heaping tsp. of instant organic coffee, 1 scoop of MRM Vanilla Egg White Protein Powder, 3 packets of organic stevia and a dash of Also Salt

7:00 pm

+ pizza gondolas

+ an organic beef patty with a dollop of mayonnaise

the peanut butter shakes sounds good .:) will have totry it ,can you make it without the protein pwder , here in my area its a little expensive

It was really tasty. I just felt like something different and fresh. It hit the spot. :-)

I'm sure it would work just fine without the protein powder. But it won't be as substantial - in terms of hunger and nutritional satisfaction.

There are some excellent deals online for protein powder supplements. Many times they come out to about $.50 per serving (providing nearly 20 grams of protein).
