I don't "NEED" psyllium but LIKE it, and I use it. My doc said it was THE THING for acid reflux. It gives the acids a "target" and something to bind to.
I hear ya. It's the same for me. I don't need it but sometimes I just have the intuitive sense that a cleanse would do me good. It also allows me to take a break from eating a meal or two. I guess it's sort of like a modified fast.
Fiber is extreamly controversial, but whats not these days? My take on it is very simple- if it doesnt bother you then use it, but I would still advocate more natural source like brocoli which is loaded with other good nutrients. As always your menu looks yammy and frenchy like!
Hola, Vadim! I agree that food is the optimal source of fiber. Psyllium is basically nutrition-free but an excellent bulking substance that cleans out the system.I'll got some broccoli in my near future. :-) Can't wait to see your Vidcasts! It's quite a time we live in! I hope you're continuing to do well, my friend. :-)
