Hey Harry man, how are you? I have been busy lately but catching up on everyone's blogs. How much are those blue cheese burgers? Are they really that good? I am still very much behind the bloggin but will do it and once I start I hope to keep it going. Good news is that I managed toi stay low carb with occasional overindulgence of sugar free ice cream or cottage cheese sweetened with stevia and nuts, but so far I am at 230 which I havent been for a month so I did mamage at least to lose 5 pounds and keep it off for a month now and I feel better too. My kitten is a bundle of joy, I would never in a million of years could have imagined that I would love the cat so much being a dog's person. Ok, wont hijack your blog. Just stopped to say hi!

I'm doing just fine, Mr. V. There's nothing I should be complaining about. :-)

I think the turkey blue cheese burgers run about $2 a patty. I loved them and my wife did too. They're unexpectedly moist (because they use the dark turkey meat). We added some grilled onions and a slice of organic provolone on top to add to the indulgence. Why not?! :-)

Congrats on keeping the weight off during busy times. That's an important achievement to be sure. I'm happy to hear that you're feeling better too. I was really worried about you there for awhile.

That's great news about your feline amigo. I think they're such special creatures. They've always held a distinct spot in my heart. I'm sure your love for that furry critter will only grow with time and that's a lovely thing.

Thanks for stopping by. I'm always happy when you do. Keep on treating yourself right and I'll keep a look out for your triumphant menu blogging return!

My best to you and your new best buddy!

Thanks! Wow, $2 for a single patty! Better be some unbelievable burger. I find that Costco carries pretty decent low carb chicken meatballs with artichoke and feta cheese. They are quite tasty and not that expensive and claim to be organic. I think I bought 3 pounds for $12 which is not too crazy. I am buying a flip video camera next week to start video blog, I think it would be much easier to keep. My tongue is much faster than my typing! So with God's will I shall do it soon!

The downside of Whole Foods is that it's not cheap!

I'll look forward to seeing your video blogs. I'm sure you'll be a natural at it. I hope you'll consider sharing the spotlight with your feline roommate. :-)

Harry - you have inspired me...I went to the store and got an avocado and some grain-fed beef. I cancelled myself from work and stayed home and cooked up a low carb storm! Right now I am in Atkins Heaven!
