+ "salmon mash" - a salmon fillet mashed with room temp organic cream cheese and organic spicy mustard
6:00 pm
+ a large cup of Choco Coffee - organic coffee, organic cocoa, organic heavy cream & organic stevia
10:00 pm
+ a few ounces of raw Comte AOC cheese
+ a few thick slices of red wine salami
+ a ChocoCoconut Shake - 1 scoop of natural vanilla egg white protein powder, a few ounces of organic coconut milk, 2 scoops of Amazing Grass Chocolate Greens, 1 scoop of organic sprouted flax meal, a dash of stevia, cold water, 3 ice cubes and a little Also Salt - blended up using my handy-dandy immersion blender
