+ 2 buffalo burger (Trader Joe's) topped with a little sea salt and organic provolone cheese

+ mashed cauliflower

7:00 pm

+ a cup of organic, black coffee

9:00 pm

+ Wild Alaskan Gravlax

+ a few ounces of raw Comte AOC cheese

+ a small, organic Roma tomato

+ 3/4 of a small, organic avocado

hi harry,i have a queation,i, would love to try some of the amazing grass,but would like to get some samples first if possible, if so where can i get them ? i dont have a lot of extra funds right now but would love to try their products,thank you and stop by soon,alos arbys is giving away free roast burgers till thursday with purchase of a drink.so yummy :)

I've seen the individual serving size packets at Whole Foods Market - a chain of health food stores. I'm sure they're available at other health food stores as well.
