We squeezed in some tennis play this morning. What a fun way to get the body in motion. The good news is ... we didn't lose a ball today! That's got to be a good sign.

Hope you all have a fantastic 4th of July!
Be happy and be safe.

Tennis ... now that's an underrated work out to be sure.
Enjoy your Fourth of July as well.
I'm Canadian but live right across from Detroit in Windsor, ON.
We share fireworks.

I usually groan when I have to fill in a word verification but today I was laughing ... "plubjug"
lol
sounds fainly British, wot?

Harry, you are going to have to make a trip to my neck of the woods to play at my casino!

I think I've been called a "plubjug" before. :-)

Tennis really is physically demanding ... whether you manage to hit the ball or not! I think I'll practice in my off time by swatting at flies. :-)

Enjoy the fireworks!

Sadekat,

We love traveling to places that have casinos. We recently visited Palm Desert to stay at a "hot springs spa" and to play at a casino in the area. We liked that casino quite a lot. There was a very pleasant atmosphere and a well run card run. We also walked away "winners" ... which always add to the fun factor. :-)

I hope you have an eggsellent 4th!
