Temptations I Resisted Appetizers Part 1 Appetizers Part 2 LC Rolls and Bacon Wrapped Avocado Tonight is my niece's birthday party. My sister asked that we bring over some low carb creamed spinach. She also inquired about what types of food I'm able to eat. Isn't that sweet? I hope that will translate into an option or two that's truly low carb. Sometimes other peoples perception about what's LC isn't in fact LC. We shall see. I'll report back and try to take pictures.

It's awesome that your family takes your way of eating into consideration. I hope you have a great time and that your niece has a great birthday party!
Thanks, Oct. :)
Yeah, it was very considerate of my sister. She's got a heart of gold.
To be honest, I was a little nervous about this dinner. My sister is a great cook but she's completely un-LC. If we were eating at a restaurant, I'd have more discretion over what choices I could make. Here, I'm basically boxed in. Hopefully, it'll all work out. If not, I'll deal with it.
I hope you and Cro have a fantastic weekend. :)
