Alaskan Salmon ala My Wife
A dark day has befallen me. I didn't lose any weight this week! Boo! Hiss! Doh!
I'm not entirely sure why that is. It could have something to do with the accelerated weight loss in the previous two weeks (about 2 1/2 lbs. per week).
I try not to get too excited about any one week change - be it positive or negative. If I notice that this stall-pattern remains for the next few weeks ... then I'll seriously consider making some changes to my program. But for now, I'll just put myself in a "wait and see" mode.
Besides, I've already committed to starting my new exercise regimen today. That may help kick start some additional loss. It will certainly help improve my overall health. That should be my primary goal anyhow. :-)

+ The Wowee Zowee Meal Replacement Shake - 3 oz of organic heavy cream, 3 oz of purified water, 2 scoops of natural vanilla whey protein powder, 2 tbs of organic flax meal, 1 scoop of Amazing Grass Chocolate Green SuperFood, a pinch of pure stevia, and 1/4 tsp of Also Salt)
2:30 pm
+ a lamb burrito bowl - ground lamb, sauteed with onions and mixed with organic sour cream & spicy chipotle salsa
6:45 (pictured above)
+ a fillet of Alaskan salmon with an organic German mustard, fresh cracked organic pepper and sea salt "crust"
+ 1/2 cup mashed cauliflower (not pictured)

I did notice that your weight may not have moved but your body fat% did...:)
That's true, Janice.
It's surprising that my body fat is dropping because I really haven't been exercising.
Hopefully the exercise will help on both fronts. :)

I didn't budget my time well and I ran out of it. Bad me! Bad!
I can still meet my goal of walking three times a week ... if I go tomorrow. I like to skip one day in between workouts (as my treadmill sessions are usually pretty intense). That's my current plan. I'll report back with the (hopefully) good news.
