Dag 89

Update: I didn't have any good pictures to post. So, I thought I'd post a promotional shot from the film, The Visitor. We saw it this past weekend and enjoyed it quite a bit.

--------

I really need to start exercising. I think a firm commitment is in order. Something that isn't overwhelming but that at least gets me moving. My plan is to keep it simple and consistent.

Therefore, I commit to myself and my blog readers that I will begin to exercise three times a week - starting Monday. For starters, I will begin by walking on a treadmill for at least 30 minutes. I'll document my success or failure here on the menu blog.

There. I've said/typed it. Now I must do it! :)

10:00 am

+ The Wowee Zowee Meal Replacement Shake - 3 oz of organic heavy cream, 3 oz of purified water, 2 scoops of natural vanilla whey protein powder, 2 tbs of organic flax meal, 1 teaspoon of organic instant coffee, 1 scoop of Amazing Grass Chocolate Green SuperFood, a pinch of pure stevia, and 1/4 tsp of Also Salt)

3:45 pm

+ The Wowee Zowee Meal Replacement Shake - 5 oz of organic heavy cream, 3 oz of purified water, 2 scoops of natural vanilla whey protein powder, 1 scoop of Amazing Grass Chocolate Green SuperFood, a pinch of pure stevia, and 1/4 tsp of Also Salt)

7:30 pm (pictured yesterday)

+ 2 thin fillets of petrale sole topped with Italian herbs and sauteed in a mixture of organic butter and organic olive oil. I then covered the fish in a reduced sauce made of white wine, lemon juice, organc butter, "pan bits" (the bits left behind after cooking the fish in the pan) and a little sea salt.

+ 1/2 cup of mashed cauliflower

More to come ... I hope.

You can do it! I wonder how far 30 minutes 3 times a week will add up to. Ask Sadekat, she loves math.

I was suppose to increase my exercise this week but, a cold front from Siberia has come down and its cold out.. I have no treadmill so Its walking around the track that is next door to my house :) The one advantage I have to living next to a junior high school.

..hmm I think its always to find an excuse to get out of exercising unless its an exercise that you love to do or can have fun doing.

Keep with your plan and maybe just maybe you can have an extra cup of wine :) and still lose more :)

Howdy, Oct.

I'm not sure. I think it'll depend on the speed and incline.

I'm sure the high-tech treadmills at the gym will tell me. :)

Thanks, Jo.

That's the plan anyhow. :)

Now that's what I call an incentive! :)

Thanks, Low Carber!

GO HARRY!

Oh, and about the boxing class.....no way! I watched them and most of the attendees were uber fit and nearly hurling after the workout. I've a ways to go before I can tackle that class.

cheers
