Harry, I keep meaning to ask you about your shakes. How much if any water do you use?

Hi Harry!

Those poppers and bacon tomatoes look yummy!! You are doing so great - and are an inspiration!!!!

Howdy, Sadekat.

I usually don't add any water to my shakes. The heavy cream, eggs, pumpkin and the like tend to make it liquidy enough.

Hope it's just something that can be taken care of with a little sleep and you get to feeling better soon.

Hang in there!

I hope you are feeling better Harry. I could have sworn that I left a comment this morning, but I don't see it. I'm going to have to try one of those pumpkin shakes sometime. They sound great and you've posted links to all of the ingredients, which is awesome!

Thanks Jo and Oct.

I'll describe my medical calamity later tonight.

The good news is that it looks like I'm going to make it. I think that's good news ... :-)
