Our first day back home. It was a whirlwind of unpacking and catching up on work and personal responsibilities. We hit the ground running and have yet to stop!
I have at least two important news items to share with you all:
1. We spent the last week or so in
Martha's Vineyard. There's a lot more I'll probably tell you about that in the coming days. But for now, at least you'll know if your guesses were right!
2. My lovely wife has decided to adopt an LC diet to help her lose some weight and improve her health! I'm so happy about this and even more proud of her! This wasn't an easy decision and one that took much time and consideration. I can't wait to see all the benefits she'll undoubtedly find while on this journey. Please join me in welcoming and supporting her to the fullest. I'm sure you'll come to love and appreciate her ... just like I do. Well, almost like I do. ;-)
BTW, my angel may jump in and provide some content on this blog as well. She might occasionally (or often) post her menus alongside mine. Who knows, she could even decide to start up a blog of her own. Only time will tell. :-)
