220

We started the day off right by playing 45 minutes worth of tennis. That was enough to get us breathing hard and breaking a sweat - the hallmarks of a good work out.

10:00 am

+ a cup of organic, black coffee with 1 packet of organic stevia/inulin

1:00 pm

+ LC Peanut Butter Cup Ice & Cream Shake - 3 ice cubes, a few ounces of organic heavy cream and 4-6 oz of purified water, 2 scoops of Amazing Grass Chocolate Greens, 1 scoop of Jarrow Unflavored Whey Protein, 1 scoop of organic sprouted flax meal, 1-2 tbsp of organic creamy peanut butter, a splash of organic vanilla extract, stevia and Also Salt - blended up using my handy-dandy immersion blender

4:30 pm

+ LC Peanut Butter Cup Ice & Cream Shake - 3 ice cubes, a few ounces of organic heavy cream and 4-6 oz of purified water, 1 scoop of ORAC Energy Greens, 1 scoop of Jarrow Unflavored Whey Protein, 1 oz of organic cocoa powder, 1 scoop of organic sprouted flax meal, 1-2 tbsp of organic peanut butter, a splash of organic vanilla extract, stevia and Also Salt - blended up using my handy-dandy immersion blender

8:00 pm (ate dinner at the casino)

+ a grilled salmon fillet and steamed broccoli

3:00 am

+ a few ounces of raw Comte AOC cheese and natural salami

note: I was kind of hungry but I mainly ate so that I could take my supplements. I normally swallow my concoction of pills with dinner, but I couldn't last night because I was out.

More to come ... I hope.

I will give Amazing Chocolate Greens a try. I kind of miss making protein shakes, havent made them in a while.

Any kind of sweating helps! It's a great way to detox! :)

I hope you like the flavor as much as I do, Mr. V.

Some health food stores sell individual packets of the Chocolate Greens. They only cost a buck and change. You can always try a single serving before investing in the larger size.

Good stuff. :)
