Wild Sea Scallops and Avocado Slices

10:15 am


+ a cup of organic, black coffee with 1 packet of organic stevia/inulin

11:30 am

+ 2 leftover buffalo burgers topped with organic Italian creamed spinach

2:00 pm

+ a cup of organic, black coffee with 1 packet of organic stevia/inulin

4:30 pm

+ LC Hot Cocoa - 3 tbs of organic cocoa powder, 2 instant stevia tabs, 1 teaspoon of organic instant coffee and 1 heaping tbs of organic, sprouted flax meal

7:30 pm (pictured above)

+ wild caught, homemade spicy scallops

+ 3/4 of an organic avocado

+ (dessert) a piece of raw sheeps' milk cheese

11:30 pm

+ a strong cup of organic white tea (3 bags per cup)

About how much water do you drink all day? I know you've commented about water. Do you drink more in the summer? But not with meals. The tea sounds good, too.

I'd estimate that I drink about 3-4 glasses of pure water daily - mostly in between meals. Then I typically have about 3-4 more glasses in the form of coffee, homemade protein shakes and tea.

In certain instances, I'll drink more. For instance, when I go to the casino I tend to drink much more bottled water. I also used to drink more bottled water when I worked in an office setting ... maybe because it was free? :-)

I like the tea. The taste is a-okay and I'm impressed by the research that's out there about white tea.
