Harry,
I love your blog, followed you from Jimmy Moore's menu blog...have you posted the recipes for some of the foods that you are eating, (i.e. Pizza Canoes and Spicy Shrimp, etc) I would love to make some of these and other recipes...would you mind posting the full recipes.
Thanks,
Kim
Thanks, Kimberly!
Here are few links to recipes I often use:

I'll have to ask my wife about all the spices she used in the shrimp dish. I know it's pretty straight forward (and spicy) but I'm not 100% sure of what she put in the dish.
The Pizza Canoes are very simple to make:
I basically just slice Roma tomatoes in half, scoop out the insides (the seeds and liquidy part) and stuff them with cream cheese, soft goat cheese, basil, garlic or shallots, etc. and then place some added provolone cheese on top of it. Put it in the oven/broiler until it's cooked through and starts to brown and bubble on top and you're ready to go!
You can add a bunch of other ingredients too - olives, pepperoni, sausage, etc. Anything that works on a pizza should work here.
I'll get back to you on the shrimp recipe soon.
Hope you have a great day. :-)
