So the peanut butter blends up nicely in the mix? The Handy Dandy Immersion Blender actually liquifies the 3 ice cubes? Wowzer!

looking good Harry :) How's the exercise side going??

It's a fantastic mix, Anne. :-) I need a break from the caffeine and found that PB makes a great taste substitute (for coffee).

That immersion blender is very powerful indeed ... and so much easier to clean than a stand-up blender. A big plus in my book!

They are quite filling, Erika. That's an absolute must for me. Don't want to go hungry (or feel that way at least)!

Nice to see you "back in town". I hope you've resumed your blogging. If so, I'll be around to comment. :-)

Take good care!

Thanks, LC.

I went on a walk with my lovely wife on Monday evening. We have another planned for tonight.

Congrats on sticking to your exercise resolution. You're doing great!
