Harry - sometimes you use the chocolate greens. Sometimes another. I guess it's good to mix it up every now and then. Which do you prefer? Or am I comparing "apples" to "oranges" here?

Anne,

Taste-wise I'd definitely go with the Amazing Grass Chocolate Greens. The nutritional composition and price are also excellent in this product, IMO - especially if you shop online.

There are other green products that probably provide a higher antioxidant punch - the ORAC Greens and products like Green Vibrance would fall in that category. They usually contain a broader mix of ingredients, but the taste (in my experience) is hard to completely mask.

I think the reason why the ORAC Greens has stuck around in my 'fridge for so long is because of the taste. I do like the formulation though and I'll certainly use it up eventually.

I agree with on the "mixing it up" philosophy. :-)

Love, Love, Love pumpkin seeds! Glad to see they're so good for me, too. Been lurkin' but not posting, Harry. Glad to see you doing so well!

Have you seen this article in a new magazine called, Ode? They consider themselves dedicated to intelligent optimists. :-)

http://www.odemagazine.com/doc/64/fat-is-where-its-at/

I have to laugh at them saying "new" research is showing fat should no longer be vilified.

Hey! Long time no see. I'm happy that you posted! :)

I wasn't aware of that article but I'll certainly check it out.

The information may not be new to us, but it's new to a whole lot of people. So I'm glad the word is getting out there. How's that for an optimistic view. :)

Thanks for chiming in. I hope you'll do so again.

BTW, how have you been doing? Are you continuing to journal about your menus on the forum? I haven't been on the forum too often but I regularly visit Jimmy's menu and main blog.
