10:30 am

+ LC Mocha Ice & Cream Shake - 3 ice cubes, a few ounces of organic heavy cream and 4-6 oz of purified water, 2 scoops of Amazing Grass Chocolate Greens, 2 scoops of Country Life Greens and Whey, 1 scoop of organic sprouted flax meal, 1 tsp of organic instant coffee, a splash of organic vanilla extract, stevia and Also Salt - blended up using my handy-dandy immersion blender

1:30 pm

+ a cup of organic, black coffee with 1 packet of organic stevia/inulin

3:30 pm

note: I used organic peanut butter instead of coffee this afternoon. Hubba hubba. The taste was outstanding.

5:45 pm

+ a cup of organic, black coffee with 1 packet of organic stevia/inulin

8:00 pm

+ poached salmon fillet and steamed veggies (only at the broccoli)

1:30 am

+ organic, spicy pumpkin seeds

+ a few ounces of aged, raw Gruyere chees

So the peanut butter blends up nicely in the mix? The Handy Dandy Immersion Blender actually liquifies the 3 ice cubes? Wowzer!

It's a fantastic mix, Anne. :-) I need a break from the caffeine and found that PB makes a great taste substitute (for coffee).

That immersion blender is very powerful indeed ... and so much easier to clean than a stand-up blender. A big plus in my book!
