Today I saw an immersion blender that was as big as a pencil. Or maybe a marker! It was so freakin' cute..I thought of how much you like them....

But does it have power? That's the important part. :-)

I put my immersion blender to the test!

Howdy Harry/JP,
Great to see you still here. Been so busy with kids home from school I havent had much time to comment but your menus still look great. Have you weighed in lately? Are you back walking? Looking forward to seeing you reach your goals so I dont want to miss it when it happens. I am so proud of you for sticking to it and eating clean as can be in spite of the daily grind that can get ya down. We have had so much rain here in the midwest..I actually know what it must feel like to live in Seattle now. Today was spectacular though. Nice Change.
Take Care
Love and God Bless
Deborah

Good day, Deborah. :-)

I'll weigh in again tomorrow morning. I think I've probably got 4-5 pounds to go until I reach my goal of 180. Then I'll be on to a maintenance diet (which won't be drastically different).

Thanks for your encouragement! I appreciate it!

Hope the "June gloom" passes you by very soon. We have something similar here - not much rain but lots of overcast skies.

Hope you and your loved ones have a wonderful weekend and Father's Day.

Take good care. :-)
