I spent the first few meals of the day practicing. That's right, practicing. I wanted to find a way to make a genuinely decadent "milk shake" that was also nutritious. Something I could have any time I felt like it without feeling like I was indulging in "junk food". It's a fine line to walk. I do believe I've found a good balance in this recipe. I'll post it shortly.

9:30 am

+ a cup of organic, black coffee with 1 packet of organic stevia/inulin

11:30 am

+ LC Mocha Shake - test

2:30 pm

+ LC Mocha Shake - test

7:30 pm

+ Jalapeno Poppers
