Easy Peasy Dinner

I didn't get much sleep last night. Days feel so much harder when my body and mind don't have adequate time to recuperate. I know many of you can relate to that.

8:15 am

+ a cup of organic, black coffee with 1 packet of organic stevia/inulin

9:45 am

+ LC Hot Cocoa - 3 tbs of organic cocoa powder, 2 instant stevia tabs, 1 teaspoon of organic instant coffee and 1 heaping tbs of organic, sprouted flax meal

+ 2 tbsp of organic coconut oil

1:45 pm

+ store bought rib roast and homemade organic Italian creamed spinach

4:30 pm

+ a cup of organic, black coffee with 1 packet of organic stevia/inulin

8:00 pm (archive pic above)

+ sliced, natural salami

+ raw sheep's milk cheese

+ a small, organic Roma tomato

+ 3/4 of an organic avocado

201...It seems like just yesterday, doesn't it? I have borrowed a page from your book, Harry, and will start putting up pics of some of my plates. MINE are *yawn* nothing fancy...but still... You're a good inspiration!

I think we all believe our food choices are nothing exciting. But I know that seeing what others eat has helped me to expand my culinary repertoire.
